If you fail to follow the rules provided, or if I feel uncomfortable at all with the inquiry, I have the right to decline your commission. As well as the fact that I reserve the right to not have to provide a reason or explanation on why. I also have the right to refuse any commission.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

Please be clear about what you want. While I am more than happy to help you, if I am given no direction it makes it a lot harder to deliver a good product.

Please understand that I am not a machine and I cannot work 12 hour days, 7 days a week. If I am not working on commissions during my off time, I haven't forgotten, I'm just taking some time to myself. Mental stability is important.

If the commission is a surprise let me know in advance so I can keep it secret and post it afterwards.

Do not remove watermarks/signatures from artwork without my consent. I send out both unwatermarked and watermarked versions of your order to you, but I personally use the watermarked version for social media to protect what I have created. Please respect that.

I am comfortable with drawing quite the assortment of creatures, furries, animals, and people. Backgrounds are usually where I struggle, but I still strive to make a good looking piece.

On the Months that I am accepting commissions, I will open accept orders for that entire month. I will only accept a maximum of 5 orders. - The number of accepting orders is subject to change if needed to account for outside factors. To keep things fair with everyone, each person is allowed to place 1 order during that month.

If you want to place an order during my "Closed" time, I will be happy to put you on a waitlist for the next months opening.

Each price is tailored to fit an individual commission depending on wishes, complexity and character design. If you wish to get a quote - please contact me at anytime. Even my closed times.

Quotes can be requested at any moment, outside of opening as well. I will not remember quotes, or quick questions about my prices. I will need to be kindly reminded of what you were interested in having me make for you.

Every commission is done in the order of payment received. Order will be put on hold and go to the back of the queue if the commissioner fails to reply within a month within communication.

If you intend to make an order, and never follow through with it and eventually leave me hanging; (Ex: Not replying to messages. Not paying invoice. Starting to make order with me, but never officially placing order.) This is a full waste of my time and energy, and so I will notify you that I will not be taking any art commissions from you in the future.

Please provide visual references as well as descriptions. I request at least 1 to 5 reference images to understand what shall be created. (The more visual references the better) Descriptions must be written in English language and easy to understand. Poetry and prose won't be accepted as reference material.

If order involves multiple people, all communication with the artist should be handled by a single representative elected privately by said group. I will not be involved in any quarrels among the group members nor responsible for the resulting situations. I won't be updating each person involved in the project, all updates will be passed to the selected representative only. In situations where payment is made by a different person than the ordering client - all updates and communication will be handled with the representative [usually the person the quote was given to].

Payment is done through SquareUp, and clients will receive invoices via email. It is required that I must have the following in order to send out an invoice: First Name + Email Address

Do let me know if you wish to pay 50% or 100% before I send out the initial invoice. I have to manually adjust the invoice in order to make it 50/50.

First initial payment confirms that client understands and agrees to the ToS.

Minimum payment of 50% must be payed in order to start the commission. The second 50% needs to be paid before the commission is finished.

I do accept 100% payment upfront if chosen, but please still expect your commission to be done in the order received.

If payed with 100%, and a refund or cancelation happens, then the option to pay 100% for future commissions will be revoked until further notice.

Commission will not be started until A) First payment has been received. and B) It is the clients turn on the Queue List

Please make sure you have the money and references ready before commissioning, as not having it will waste time which delays my queue further, and is unfair to other clients.

The payment is non-refundable once I start working on the commission. If you wish to cancel the commission at any time for whatever reason, whatever money you sent me as of that moment will not be returned. (ex: if you'd like to cancel the commission after receiving the sketch, the 50% upfront cost covered my time sketching and making alterations for you. I will not ask for the other 50%, but I will also not finish the cancelled commission). If however, you have paid upfront and I have not yet started the sketch, I am more than happy to give you a refund. Please make sure you are willing to go through with the payment and will not be requesting it back.

There are no more free revisions after the sketch has been approved. If you would like to make further alterations which do not regard color, there will be an additional fee. The fee will be an extra 25% of the full original price of the order. [Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before moving forward. I can not stress this enough.]

There is no bulk price, discount or sale for purchasing multiple artwork at once. The prices are not up for negotiation.

Please avoid complaining about my prices. I charge what I believe my artwork is worth, and how much time goes into each piece. Please keep in mind that for the price you are getting multiple free revisions, and that art is a luxury. My prices were given a lot of thought and they are subject to change in the future.

All invoices (first and second 50%) are due within 7 days from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled, also cancelling the commission associated to it.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Promote myself with in any place or site. (with watermarks)

With permission, put the work in my gallery (with watermarks) or portfolio to show my work to hiring agents.

To display it anywhere to my liking.

Post it wherever I want.

The client is allowed to:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

If I, the artist, creates artwork that is 100% fan art, I am allowed to reproduce/use it commercially (You do not own the fan art I made). Personal related pieces (an image of yourself, having an original character, pet, etc.) will not be used commercially.

I will always ask the client if I am able to use the completed piece for my personal gallery (with watermarks) to show others what I am able to draw.

You are not allowed to use your commission to gain profit since you did not draw it.

I reserve right to repost, use and sell created noncommissioned art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.

If you are interested to have your commission be commercial (you being able to produce the image to make profit), then it will be an additional 50% charge on the overall commission.

I will not do fully NSFW. I am open to Slightly Lewd work, which will cost an additional $100 charge. (This includes, but is not limited to: showing any intentional cleavage, showing butt, sexual references, character sexual alterations, or suggestive sexual poses.) Any of this type of private art will not be displayed for free public viewing. These are not examples.
